De Villemandy cuvées are beautifully balanced Champagnes made exclusively from grapes picked in Hautvillers, the cradle of Champagne where Dom Perignon perfected the method of elaboration of sparkling wines.
The well-exposed hillsides of Hautvillers are the kingdom of Chardonnay, which expresses here all its finesse and complexity on chalky soils.
All grapes are picked by hand, matured in stainless steel vats to preserve the purest character of fruits before being bottled and aged in the cellar for years.
Brut Premier Cru: Picked exclusively from Premier Cru vineyards and mainly made of chardonnay, it displays elegant notes of anise and sandalwood. Thanks to a long ageing process of 5 years, the texture is creamy and generous with fine bubbles. Chalky soils reflect in its long mineral finish. 50% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir, 25% Meunier.
Blanc de Blancs: This enticing cuvée, made 100% from Chardonnay, will please any Champagne enthusiast. The nose shows fine notes of citrus, white flowers with hints of walnuts and apricot. Thanks a long ageing of 4 years, it feels ample and elegant in the mouth with very fine bubbles.
